Unfortunately I have had to cancel . I was purchasing a different car and sitting in the dealership, I went onto to app to update new registration but it wouldn’t let me do this, there is no telephone number to contact, so I have had to insure with alternative insurer, maybe the system needs looking at as you may lose further customers
