I bought a van policy a month ago and could not regisiter it as my email was already linked to my existing car policy (I'd forgotten it was also Yoga). Messaged you and got in but car policy lost. Your website said assistant available Mon-Fri 9- 5pm but when logged in (only said I had 1 policy) yesterday at 2:25pm it said live chat Mon-Fri 9-2pm. Today your portal was down. I've been trying since 1:45pm, now nearly 3pm!! Just glad I don't have a claim or amendment to make!! Still not happy that I can't access both policies.
