Ordered a lord of the rings sword replica online, easy to use. I have read some really bad reviews for this business over the last 3 months saying how rude the staff are and how people have not received orders or items have been missing or broken however that is not my experience although i have only communicated with the store via email they have been quick to respond and very helpful and product its self is fantastic, i am so please, like with all small businesses be patient don't expect next day delivery but it was definitely worth the wait, will definitely be using again however will probably make the journey up to york to see the store for myself as it looks fantastic and looks like somewhere i can spend a lot of money very quickly 🤣
