Outstanding customer service. I obtained my second purchase I was remembered by staff which was nice For the second time I was expertly guided and given unbiased information to help me find a product to replace my knife, saw and axe .I was shown a knife that had a saw to cut and blade that could be used to chop wood .All my doubts about the saw were brought to a end when a old piece of wood was obtained and the saw demonstrated. The staff member was well informed and knew the products he was selling .There weren't no hard sale techniques just honest trustworthy advice about a good quality product .I look forward to my next visit and purchase. I highly recommend a visit you will not be disopionted .
