Unacceptable Service- Do not Use this Company I ordered two baskets a month in advance for an event and they only delivered one. When I called, I spoke to both a manager and a supervisor who couldn’t have cared less. Their only “solution” was to give me a refund or drop off the missing basket the next day — completely useless if it’s after my event. I even offered to pick it up myself or send someone to pick it up to fix their mistake but the second basket wasn’t even made and I was told that’s a “service they do not provide.” In other words, they messed up, and then refused to do anything meaningful to make it right or take any accountability for it. This company clearly doesn’t value its customers. Do not recommend at all I would give them a 0 if I could.
