I ordered two cherry trees which were supposed to be 50cm tall. I received two puny trees that were 34cms tall. When I complained I was told that they include the height of the pot (which was very tall) in the measurement. It does say this hidden in their terms and conditions so beware - a 50 cm plant may be 40cm pot and 10cm plant or worse and they may deem that that would comply with their description! There was no attempt to remedy the issue or make the customer feel satisfied despite having given them the opportunity to do so. I have ordered a lot in the past but I won't order from them again because I can't trust that any issue would be resolved satisfactorily. Having looked on trust pilot I see a lot of similar complaints so I don't think my experience is isolated.
