Ordered 3 dormant fruit trees, 1 decent one arrived along with 2 sticks. Planted out and surprise surprise only the decent one has started growing. Complained and got partial refund but I am still awaiting the remainder which was promised. Trees could not be replaced as they are discontinued, so much for the lifetime guarantee. I won't use you again so Garden Express will gain my business now. One star is too much as the quality is rubbish and customer service dreadful
