I ordered plants on the 2nd of May. I rang again on the 27th May as no plants had arrived. Louise at customer services said there was nothing she could do but thought they may be despatched in 5 days time. I was trying to complete a small shade garden for a flat. The tenant moves in in 2 days. Customer services are useless and will not help, they say they cannot contact the nursery and you can not speak to a manager. You Garden do not care about their customers. I ordered from 3 other companies and would recommend Sarah Raven and Norfolk herbs and I would suggest that you do not order from this appalling company. They could have sent the ferns as they have been in stock all the time but were waiting on one plant so delayed all plants until the one plant had arrived in stock. When you cancel your order and ask for a refund it docent bother them at all, I think this situation happens regularly.
