Called about 3eks ago after following the instructions as nothing showing adv outside daily for about 3wks or so to start germination sill nothing should flower from tel them yesterday and adv. can send a replacement but have to pay £6.99 postage I adv against the law when challenged the lady advised it is not. Surely don’t have to pay about £14. When not my flt!!!! I have contacted Consumer Advice and they have confirmed that in tract You Garden are completely wrong and should in fact be adhering to Consumer Rights doc? 2015 which confirms that I Amon fact entitled to a replacement or full refund including postage. I am not responsible for postal charges for sending any replacement out! Avoid I will be taking this further when I have the time
