Ordered 15th May, over 3 weeks later still no products received.
Mailed on 31/5 to cancel. And the order status suddenly changes to being picked meaning cancellation is impossible according to customer service.
6 days later still not got the order!
Customer service still repeat the Mantra "its being picked" so offer no help at all.
I was offered the chance to return the order but I had to PAY THE POSTAGE. So cost prohibitive on a small order.
I'll be planting small plugs far too late to get a decent plant.
What a waste of money.
From my experience I wouldn't recommend them due to the uncaring, poor customer service alone.
