Tried to order a pair of Cypress trees from You Garden by phone today. Problem arose when it came to the delivery cost. On the advertising pamphlet the price was given as £6.99 but I was quoted £16.99 for the service although our post code, AB15 7LG is a normal delivery and not in Highland as stated by the sales person. No problems with other delivery companies when ordering online or by phone. Disappointed and cancelled the order. Very poor service.
