Avoid at all costs - I also have a huge outstanding delivery and it hasn’t arrived - hundreds of pounds!! I have sent e-mails but have heard nothing back- I also suspect they have gone out of business - it had now been 3 weeks!!! So disappointed that this company is still taking orders and are still advertising a two week delivery time - they are totally unreputable.
