I ordered on 28th march and as of 27th april still not received my order. I have emailed twice but just get an automated response. When I placed the order they said 5-10 day delivery since they shut their website then reopened it they are now saying 21 days. My order is over this but still nothing. Why are they still taking new orders when it's clear they cant fulfill the ones they have already taken. Cant believe they have taken my money a month ago and still no order. I understand it is a difficult time at the moment but I ordered from Thompson and morgan and this one came when they said it would. I cant help but think they are profiting from the whole situation. They take peoples money but don't produce the order. If nothing in 2 days they I will have to try and claim my money back via my bank as I can't get hold of them to chance an order let alone get a refund. PLEASE EVERYONE READ THE REVIEWS AND DONT BUY.
