In November 2023 we went with our son to Youles where he purchased a bike to be used in his new job. He got excellent advice about the choice of bike for his needs, insurance, security and the onward care of the bike. In July this year (2024) while parked, the bike was knocked over by a van. The bike was booked into Youles for assessment of the damage. We got very friendly and wise advice about the safety of the bike, dealing with the insurance claim etc. Haydn also gave us the number of and organisation who give advice specifically to motorbike users in the event of accidents. A discussion with this organisation was invaluable. In all our enquiries and requests for information and assistance, the team at Youles (particularly Haydn Kim and Helen) have been excellent. The advice is good and nothing is too much trouble. The damage to the bike was significant and will probably be a 'right-off'. The re-placement will definitely be purchased from Youles.
