Had my 1st service on the New Street Twin, centre stand fitted and radiator expansion bottle checked for level. Luke did an excellent job on the service and stand and advised on which chain lube to use. Andy on reception was extremely helpful in explaining that the level of liquid would rise in the expansion bottle when the bike was upto temperature but he still checked the level to make sure all was OK.
Really personal service and always feel valued as a customer and will definitely return for 12 months service.
