Jammer dat de bestelling vaak niet compleet is…. Als ik hier over mail…wordt het altijd direct geregeld. Ik (en denk meer met mij) vinden het niet erg als het pakketje later komt, als het nog niet compleet is bij jullie….MAAR mail dan even.. laat het weten of geef de klant de keuze. Maar dat er iets mist in het pakketje en niets zeggen is .. sorry.. best irritant 😊
(Denk dat dit ook porto kosten scheelt 😉)
