Its great to be asked to give a review, but considering I have had no confirmation e-mail yet (booking was made and fully paid for on Wednesday 19th August), it's a little presumptuous to say the least.
Hence, why rated currently at Poor. Generally speaking online when you pay for something in full you receive an immediate confirmation e-mail?! I trust your laid back, sloppy attitude to sending confirmation e-mails is not a sign of things to come.....
