We stayed at The Belfry after its recent refurbishment and the hotel, rooms, facilities, bar and dining experience are all first class. I've stayed here a few times now and it has gone up a level. Three golf courses on site is rare and these three are all very different. The Derby has great greens and bunkering and is shorter than the other two more famous courses, a nice warm up on day one. PGA National is a cracking test of golf off any tee option. Some great holes with superb greens. Then The Brabazon finally, with all the Ryder Cup history is stunning. Standing on tee boxes and remembering some of those matches over the years brings a tingle down your spine! The course is a joy to play too with enough space to have a go but still demanding good shots to score well. Great greens again continues the theme of the resort, everything top class. I will be back at least once more this year and beyond.
