Called to inquire about a booking and was told all UK advisers were busy, took my details and was told they would call me back as soon as available. Eight minutes later was called by Paul who confirmed my requirements and made the booking. I made the payment and about 20 mins later the confirmation came through as an e-mail. Very satisfied and grateful for the professionalism and service received.
