The Sales Specialist came back to me very promptly after my online query firstly speaking to me and then following it up with any email quote. He was very informative and followed up my additional questions by email quickly and efficiently.
He returned my call to make the booking and it was all confirmed in a short time.
Only slight annoyance was that when I printed off the confirmation it was 4 pages long, the 'Next Step' section and the headings were all in large type which with the advertising was a bit excessive. Will remember not to print off again.
