Arrived early at hotel, enjoyed coffee and biscuits in a magnificent outer lounge at this stately Home. Room available early and so unpacked before driving round to the Club House. Course quite long, appears to be easy with wide fairways but offers challenges for the five mid course holes passing over fast flowing stream. Many of the Greens although quite large have multiple slopes and severely test putting skills. For the evening stay over, the dining experience is first class with all facilities available to the hotel guests also available to the Sunday Night Special Golf Break clients.
