Dealing with Golf Travel on this occasion was a welcome experience. Apart from the courtesy of Rob Houston I received so much good advice from him that I was able to resolve a few reservations and proceed to the next stage of the booking process. Rob was able to assure me that the timing of the flights, in and out, will be flexible enabling me and my friend to plan a longer stay in the States before or after the Ryder Cup competition within the package. On that basis I was happy to put down the refundable deposit, prior to receiving the full detail at the end of the month. if this kind of treatment continues through the rest of the process I will be delighted.
