Competitive prices on the quote for home buyer and valuation report I requested. Booking of survey date was reasonable and turnaround of report was fast! Very pleased with the detail, including photos and thorough identification of any issues and next steps on what we needed to do. The rating system was easy to follow and impressed that a lot of findings were backed up with photos which helped to relay to solicitors and discuss with vendors/ vendors solicitors. I would highly recommend.
