The service from Pet Supplies was excellent - and it was very nice to receive a covering letter thanking me for my custom. However, I would just mention that some of the Applaws 70g cans that I ordered were 'stodgey' as there was no 'juice' in them - and my cat wouldn't eat them. This does seem to happen lately with some batches, so I have been buying them locally so that I can see the sell by date and so avoid buying from the 'wrong' batch, but I thought I would order from a different Seller this time - however this obviously doesn't work. I don't know how to overcome this problem as it appears to happen to random batches
