Am happy with the product (Eden dog food) but was very frustrated with the delivery. Having ordered on Tuesday 30th May I did not get a follow up email telling me when it would be delivered. I managed to find out it was due to be delivered on Friday 2nd June. When I tracked it on 2nd June I was informed it was out for delivery but it was never delivered. When I next checked I was informed it would be delivered on Monday 5th June. On the Monday I checked again to find out it would be delivered on Tuesday 6th June by which time I had run out of dog food and was fed up with having to juggle my diary in order to be in for the delivery. Thankfully it did get delivered so the dog didn't starve! I tried to talk to a human-being at UK Mail but it was impossible to get past the automated service. Please follow this up with UK Mail as they are not doing you any favours. Thank you.
