When I contacted the advice centre I was seriously worried frightened and anxious however after just 5 mins talking with George he put both mine and my partners mind at ease . He was empathetic kind non judgemental and seriously very very helpful . He was calm throughout even when I had an epileptic seizure while on the call he spoke to my partner and called us both back 20 minutes later . The service he provided to us was second to none I can honestly say from the bottom of my heart this was the best thing I have done . Thankyou George and all the other team members who helped us through the process you made it a lot less painful and so much easier to get through . I highly recommend them to anyone and I already have .
