I originally started with step change and honestly found the whole experience horrible, after a search I came upon your debt advisor and from the 1st moment right up until today when my debt plan was approved they have been fantastic. People find themselves in debt for many reasons, it’s scary especially when the letters/emails/calls are piling up and bailiffs turn up at 6am. The biggest reason I chose this option is because I need someone to advocate for me, I want to get this sorted but can we please do it fairly. On my own debt companies forced me into unrealistic repayment plans borrowing money from here there and everywhere to make payments and none of them accepted what I could realistically offer. The staff are so helpful and I never felt judged about my situation, all they want to do is to support you to the right steps. Now my plan is in place I have a client portal and also numerous ways to contact them, so if there are any changes to my circumstances they are there to help with that. No more burying my head in the sand. The reason I chose them is because of how kind the staff are everyone of them. If you need help speak to them they have literally changed my life.
