Richard was professional introducing himself to us (parents) during the first session. He’s shown flexibility as my son adjusts to working with a coach, the expectations of the program and tries to figure out what project(s) to begin. Richard has shared some of his past experiences which has helped establish this new relationship. He encourages my son to think bigger when required, has provided a list of resources when needed and proofread a letter to be sent out to organizations (a letter parents could have assisted with however were never asked to help with).
