If you only operate Mon-Fri then it needs to be clearer when ordering what the cut-off time for ordering on a Friday for next-day delivery is, because I believed ordering before 16:00 I was within that window.
I was under the impression YOXLY was the fastest private STD testing service so I was disappointed I had to wait 6 days for results from the moment of ordering to the time I received results.
