I reached out to Youngstown Gloves because I wanted to get a good pair of work gloves for my husband for Christmas. Not only did I not know what type to get, but I also was not totally sure of his size. Max Hackett helped me with my choice, and I could not have been more pleased! I only ordered one pair because the other I wanted was out of stock. I went to Amazon to order the second pair. The pair from ytgloves arrived in a nice box, and it was surrounded with a piece of paper to protect it. The pair from Amazon came with something else I had ordered and it was kind of folded over with no protective box and no surrounding paper. Granted, the ones from Amazon were a little less expensive than the price quoted me, but the help that I got from Max was extraordinary and the reassurance that they could be exchanged for a different size if needed cinched the deal. As it turns out, my husband had misplaced his Home Depot gloves so I went ahead and gave him his ytgloves early. He was shocked that they were so nice and fit perfectly. Only problem is I have to find another stocking stuffer to replace it! Thanks, Max, for all the help. I now know where to go for gloves. Buy LOCAL!
