De website haperde wat tijdens het bestelproces. Tenminste, mijn winkelwagentje. Ik had er wat ingegooid en weer uitgehaald en toen toch weer erin gedaan. Ik zag dat mijn winkelwagentje op dat moment klopte, alles wat ik wilde zat erin, inclusief een pot Energy gums. Of het aan de wifi-verbinding lag, of aan de website (of aan mij) weet ik niet, maar uiteindelijk bleek deze toch niet in de definitieve bestelling te zitten. Daarom contact opgenomen met de klantenservice, waarna Daan ervoor heeft gezorgd dat ik toch nog die Energy gums kreeg. Topservice!
