just unable to understand that the delivery cannot be at the door as we pay an additional fees for this and still the person concerned says the company doesnt pay2 dhs parking and we need to go down and collect the passport, unheard of , despite mentioning that we are busy, no flexibility , this way business can fall down for sure , as we will think 100 times to repeat our orders.
