You screwed up my application and asking for a feedback now. Insane. Inexperienced staff, misguiding customers. I asked to apply for a HK visa after I tried my self to register myself for pre-arrival. But that didn’t go through. I gave the job to you guys. I had to deal with Zaid Shaikh who knows nothing about this industry. He misguided as he will apply for me e-visa. He tried the same as what I tried myself “pre-arrival registration”. It went unsuccessful. You guys didn’t refund my money also saying fees is not refundable. This is not the way to earn money. There are many other cheap ways to earn money than this. I will never recommend Zabeel Star to anybody. I will give the same feedback everywhere.
