Especially the travel consultant called Ms. Sumaira is making massive damage to your reputation. she is lack of professionalism, rude behaving, inexperienced, misguiding, not a trustworthy person. not listening to the customer requirement. completely disappointing. I am facing huge inconvenience and problem only because of Ms. Sumaira. So Dear Zabeel Team you let your customer suffer and you made the person who made mistakes walk away. Dear Zabeel - Please train your team with some SOPs and professionalism and some corporate structure by giving them formal attires to step up your business in the next level. Note: Madam Mariya is always a lifesaver. But I wonder how long she can rescue her bad staff.
