Applied for a visa thru them.
First they confirmed one date then changed to another. We booked ticket and still they did not get the visa done.
When called everyone in staff told we will call back our pro is out for collection.
Within spzn of full day they not cared to call back and say it will not be ready.
We were busy sorry .
These reply doesn't cover losses .they dhud be more responsible.......
