My delivery unfortunately never arrived. I didn’t receive any notification or card with instructions stating that my delivery was available for pickup. The email with the tracking number redirects directly to the Australia Post website, but the delivery was actually handled by another company, which made it difficult to find the correct information. Additionally, the delivery was authorized to be left at the door, which does not justify the claim that the item was returned to the sender. Overall, this was a terrible experience with the delivery and lack of clear information. Please resend the item and leave it at the door or provide clear instructions. Even more surprising was receiving this email to rate my experience and the product, considering I never received the product or any information about where it was. It’s quite frustrating.
