Still haven’t received the parcel that was supposed to be express and no updates with the new app.
Have been a long term (5+ year customer, potentially close to 10 years).
Express posted always meant 1-3 days maximum. Ordered on Tuesday and no update as of Thursday 9pm that it’s even been shipped and it’s only going to Brisbane.
Whatever’s happened with the change of procedure is not good, I’m hoping the quality of hair is.
