Esperienza NEGATIVA. Nella scatola inviata non erano presenti 2 articoli (PAGATI) e nemmeno la documentazione per effettuare il reso. Prontamente segnalato al customer care. Mi vedo respinta ogni richiesta di rimborso. Ci perdo più di 100 euro per questo disservizio del quale ZALANDO non si prende responsabilità. BASITO e deluso.
