I placed an order for the first time and it got lost! I sent it to my friends address because i am not in the uk at the moment.l put the address correctly except the room number. When i realised that in minutes, called Zalando immediately for an assistance. I was told that they corrected it in the system so it wouldn’t cause a problem. Next day i called again to make sure and i was told exactly the same thing. I really am so dissappointed and want my problem to be sorted out as soon as possible!
