Had always received superb mushroom kits from zamnesia Latest was hardly innoculated, was brown, unlike the white fully innoculated kits id received in the past. Immediately orderred another, as knew it was no good. Kept kit in dark for 8/9 days, until second kit arrived. Very little change. Complained 3 times, sent photos of issues, they weren't interested. Sent a side by side photo of each kit. Plain to anyone something was wrong. Very poor harvest. Mycelium simply would not colonise substrate. Customer service appalling, not interested, and came out with useless tips. Think they're heading for issues if they think it's acceptable to send out what they did.
