My negative review is mainly based off of bad business practices and weak customer service. I signed up so that I could play Valheim with my nephew. If you are playing Vanilla version of games you should be fine performance wise. We used some mods, which slowed down the game. On their site they mention that if you have slow downs, support could possibly help you isolate which add-on might be causing the slow down. However the support tech didn't even both to look at the logs. They used a cookie cutter response that mods can cause excessive memory usage and said we should just upgrade to a more powerful server. At that time I let them know other providers are less expensive for a server with more memory and that at the end of the current billing cycle I would be terminating our service. Prior to the next billing I went in and cancelled automated billing. When the bill date game around they did not charge me but eventually they went and manually charged my account saying that you actually have to go in and cancel the contract. Regardless if things needed to be done a specific way, it was clear based on my previous support ticket, removing the billing from the contract and my tickets communicating this to them, that we wished to cancel. However they were adamant about keeping my money. We had not logged in to use the service recently. This is just bad customer service and short sided on their part.
