Ordered a birthday present 4 months ago and never received it!! I just got off the phone for the second time with their incompetent courier service (who do not even attempt to deliver the package or leave a card to say they tried!!). There was one 'attempted' delivery a few months back, they made me pay another 10$ fee to resend it, then the exact same thing happened again... "attempted delivery". i have asked for a refund but they told me to call their courier service! Can you freakin beleive that!
