Bought a great shirt in Oxford store along with another item. After trying it on at home I felt it was too big so wanted to swap for smaller size. Took it back intact with labels & bag but had inadvertently lost the receipt. Store refused to accept it back to swap sizes. I can show my bank statement as proof of purchase. Than I got Covid.
