Zara deserves no stars!! Horrible experience- Ordered a deress for my daughters Christmas present, she lives in Ontario and I live in Alberta. There was a billing address and a shipping address- well they sent the dress to the billing address where it was refused.Upon checking the tracking it showed that the dress was on its way back to the warehouse. I called customer service to make sure once it arrived at the warehouse it would then be sent to the correct address and they assured me that it would.
A week later I received an email from Zara saying that unfortunately my order couldnt be filled due to no stock! Whaaaat?So i guess once my order made it back to the warehouse it was sold to someone else! Goodbye Zara- I wont be ordering from you ever again- thanks for ruining my daughters Christmas!!
