Horrible experience! I bought items online and picked them up at the store. The next day, I tried to return items that did not fit at a store. One of the items did not have the internal tag they need to scan for the return so they said just to return it through customer service online. The tag we are discussing is not the external price tag that are all intact but a cloth tag attached to a inside seam that appeared to be torn off. Customer service said the item without the internal tag is considered used and may not be returnable. Why then would they ship me a used product without a tag to buy? Now, I have to go through an entire review cycle to see if they will approve the return and provide a return label…really? I am now waiting for an answer which may not be positive! I blame the internal quality control of the company, they should not ship out items that are damaged or used to unknowing customers.
