I was on vacation and visited a Zaza at the Ala Moana Mall in Honolulu. I purchased a shirt and dress, because they did not have dress size on store the sales lady said we can order both items and send to your home address. We'll that was Aug 19,23. I got emails from Zara letting me know my order was processed and a couple days after my order was ready for pick up in store. I called Zaza and informed them that was not supposed to be in store pickup but delivered to my home. I had them cancel order and refund my money because the items are no longer available. Why l have been calling and fighting with Zara for my refund every since. Every time I call a different give me a different story. I just want my money back. I will never order anything from them any, PLEASE WHO EVER READ THIS. BEWARE YOU WILL HAVE TO FIGHT Zara for a refund. It is not worth the troubles. I won't stop I want my MONEY!!! Margaret
