I have spent the better part of a week dealing with their online chat. I was promised that a superior would contact me within 24-48 hours, but that never happened. When I followed up, I was essentially told "too bad" and cut off from the chat without any resolution. The customer service has been poor, and their exchange/return policy is unreasonable.
