At the shop they ordered an item for me online, I had to pay for the item in advanced than Zara home canceled the order and now they do not want to refund my payment online. They want to force me to go into the closest outlet, which is on my neighbor island and the costs for the ferry and the diesel are higher then the money of the refund. Not mentioned the time I have to invest to get my money back.
Once I complained I got a phone call promising me that I will receive my money but that they would need more info from me and that I would receive an e-mail which never arrived and I also do no longer get replies to my emails in which I ask for my money. Did not expect such a behavior from a company with such a name.
As you can see in the picture it said that I will receive a refund in a few days and that dates back to the 17th March
