The top was defected and a button was missing. There wasn't even an extra button attached in the shirt.
Their exchange policy suggests that courier services will be provided. The item will be picked from the customer and delivered when exchanged.
Their customer service suggested I parcel them the shirt for exchange.
Shopping online means convenience. If we have to go out for exchange, why bother order. Especially when it's the brand's fault.
