So you know where you see reviews and it is just 5 out of 5 and someone writes something along the lines of - great service, or amazing seller and that is it or the opposite when it is 1 out of 5... Well so far I have done a few orders through Zatu games and so far it has been mostly all spot on. Mostly? Well did have one problem with an order where was missing Sprues for a set of Warhammer 40k. At the time sure I was annoyed (son's birthday adding pressure to that), but to their credit from emails and speaking to them direct on the phone the issue was prioritised and got what was missing as soon as they could and Zatu delivered. The customer service team was great and I wish I had taken a name now to who I spoke to because would put it here right now as a thank you. So this is why I rate Zatu games - it is not just because of pricing, delivery and to be fair all other orders that I have placed there has been zero issues. It is because their customer service is spot on and whether by email or by telephone they've been great and most certainly a company you can trust when purchasing online.
